We share personal information only with the service providers that operate our platform on our behalf (for example, our messaging carrier to deliver a text you requested, or our hosting provider), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. These providers are bound to use the data only for that purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed and as needed to comply with our legal obligations (including retaining consent records). You may request deletion at any time.

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
  • Access or deletion: email us to access, correct, or delete your information.
