These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the link-in-bio pages and messaging services provided by Ikigai Media LLC (“Ikigai Media LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our pages or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Program description. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages — such as event alerts, offers, discount codes, and updates — from Ikigai Media LLC at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency.Message frequency varies (typically about 2–4 messages per month).
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan.
Opt out & help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time. For help, reply HELP or email admin@ikigainightlife.com.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers.The program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others, as well as many smaller regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and your mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit your information or opt in to messaging. Some events or offers may carry their own age restrictions (for example, 21+), which will be noted where they apply.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikigai Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the messaging program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
